We keep our pricing straightforward, with flexible options to match your event needs. Choose a full 8-hour block or a half-day (4 hours), or go hourly on weekdays. Add extra time or services as needed.
What’s included in every package
- Exclusive access to the private venue during your booking window
- Seating & Tables — choice of round or rectangular tables and white chairs provided for up to 45 guests.
- Catering Station — bar area, refrigerator, and standing cooler for food and beverages.
- Entertainment Ready — TV casting, Bluetooth speaker, and microphone for music, announcements, or karaoke.
- Cocktail Tables – Four tall cocktail tables included for standing and socializing.
- Venue Essentials — private access, restroom, ample parking.

Booking & Deposits
- A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date.
- A $200 refundable security deposit is collected at booking and returned within 7 days after your event, provided no damages, overtime, or extra cleaning are required.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
